I would also recommend Lambert’s downtown. It’s one of my favorite HH in the city.
Bar Peached is not downtown, although it has a 6th Street address. Check your maps again, and read up a little on Austin neighborhoods.
Hi CT, thanks for your comment! Yep, W 6th isn’t *quite* downtown, but since we’re not doing a separate category just for Clarksville Happy Hours, we lumped this one in with downtown. Since Austin has been expanding so much in the past 10 years, the lines of downtown are able to be just slightly fuzzier than they used to be, so we’ll keep it as a downtown option. (It fits better there than as a west Austin option.)
