Where To Eat Near The Moody Center In Austin

1. Scholz Garden - if you want to walk.This historic biergarten is the oldest restaurant in Austin. It's very commercialized now because they make a shit ton of money before pretty much every UT football game...so don't expect an incredibly authentic German beer and food experience. But they do have good sausage, Reubens, and a handful of authentic German beers (as well as domestic options like Budweiser). If you want to walk from dinner to the Moody Center, this is your best option! {Distance from Moody Center: 0.5 miles, 12 minute walk}

2. Sour Duck Market - if you want the best local Austin restaurant. Sour Duck Market is the sister restaurant to Odd Duck, arguably the most famous farm-to-table restaurant in Austin. Sour Duck Market is casual (you sit outside and order from a QR code on your table) and great for big groups because you just pay through your phone when you order.
